How accurate are the valuations? ▾
We generate three independent valuation estimates (direct comparable, median-based, and growth-adjusted) and present each with its range and reasoning. This gives you a data-driven view of fair market value. PropScan AI reports are for general information only and do not constitute a formal property valuation — always consult a licensed valuer for legal or lending purposes.
How long does a report take to generate? ▾
